The ticket holder understands that there are inherent risks when participating in an event such as Pavo Haunted House and assumes all risks and dangers associated therein. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into Pavo Haunted House, the ticket holder agrees to release the operator, it's affiliates, officers, directors, volunteers and property landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of participation in the Pavo Haunted House. As ticket holder you voluntarily enter at your own risk and have read and comprehend the Disclaimer/Warning and Pavo Haunted House Rules & Regulations.

This includes but is not limited to: injury, bodily harm, property damage, loss, medical condition onset, and or death. By entering this event, you take full responsibility and waive all rights against Pavo Haunted House, the City of Pavo, and the Pavo Civic Club.

PHH RULES
- Please be aware PHH uses surveillance cameras and video which may or may not be posted on social media or website.
- By entering PHH you agree to the rules and any verbal instructions given by our staff. This is for your safety, our safety, and the safety of those around you.
- PHH is not recommended for children under 10. Children under the age of 13 should be accompanied by an adult.
- Expectant mothers should not attend.
- Persons with mechanical/electrical devices, heart, back, or breathing problems that could be aggravated by this environment should not attend.
- PHH contains claustrophobic passageways, sudden scares, loud noises, simulated violence, extreme darkness, strobe effects, simulated fog, and/or other devices which may be disturbing to epileptics, asthmatics, or others.
- If you take medications or if you are on drugs of any type causing impairment or displaying negative behavior you will not be allowed entry and will be escorted from PHH by security/police.
- ABSOLUTELY NO RUNNING.
- ABSOLUTELY NO CUTTING IN LINE. If caught you will be asked to move to the back of the line or to leave PHH.
- PHH is dark inside for a reason. Please do not use lighters, glow sticks, flashlights, cameras, recording devices, or cell phones to light pathways. If seen you will be warned, the second time it will be taken and held until you exit.
- Do not touch or disturb any props or decorations inside PHH. Any damages will be reported to local law enforcement and you will be monetarily responsible.
- This is a no-contact haunt. The monsters will not touch you so please do not touch them.
- Food, drink, or tobacco products are not permitted inside PHH. Smoking/vaping is not permitted upon entering lines with close proximity or where signs are posted.
- Violation of any of the above rules will result in removal from Pavo Haunted House.
- Upon purchasing entry you have accepted these rules and voluntarily enter at your own risk. Pavo Haunted House, its helpers, other visitors, the City of Pavo, nor anyone else is responsible for you or your actions.
- Please use good judgement, have fun, and be safe.
Warning: Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming all this risks by entering these premises.
